Mega Man 1-10 Marathon April 24

So after a few months of doing nothing after having a blast doing our Mega Buster run of Mega Man 1-9, my friend and I decided that we want to just do a straight run of Mega Man 1-10.



We'll be running it tomorrow (saturday, april 24) starting around 1pm EST.



As a heads up, we're not trying for any crazy stunts, since we haven't had time to really practice, and with Super SF4 coming out next week we don't really see ourselves having much of a chance to play anything else for a while. Consider this a bit of a send-off party for Mega Man for a while.

Mission 1: SUCCESS!

So just under 13 hours later, Dr Wily ate his last Mega Buster shot in Mega Man 9. Overall, this marathon was a huge success, thanks to all the viewers who stuck with us to the bitter end, even through the nightmare that was Mega Man 3. Some great play and some embarrassing moments were definitely had, but overall I'm really pleased with the achievements of Scott and myself tonight. Somehow we managed to pull together over $100 for Child's Play, and considering the modest number of viewers we had and modest start, I'm really happy with that.

Thanks to everyone that donated, to everyone that took the time to spread the word about us across the web, and to everyone again who stuck with us right to the end. I can't think of a better way to kick off a new decade.
